Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s).
Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returned items that are damaged or not in original packaging may be charged a restock fee at the sole discretion of StormDoorPartsWarehouse.com
How the Return Process Works
If you need to return an item, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the reason for return. We will then send you approval to return the item(usually within 1-2 business days). Once you have received approval you may send the item back per the following:
When returning the package:
- Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
- Include all subcomponents, instructions and the original Packaging Slip.
- We must have your order number in order to refund you. Items returned without an order number listed will not be refunded.

We cannot refund item(s) that are:
- Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
- Special Order, final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative.
- Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.
The following items are considered special order and may be subject to a restock fee of 25%. For questions on whether restock fees apply to a specific item please contact us prior to ordering.

- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
- You may cancel an order for any item and receive a full refund (including cost of shipping) if you contact us before the item has been shipped.
- If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
- Once your order is cancelled you will receive a notification from us confirming order cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If any item arrives damaged by the carrier or is defective we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- We will request that you send photos of the damaged/defective item including any visible damage to packaging.
- We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item to our facility using a shipping label supplied by us.
Wrong Item Received
- Due to the high volume of orders we ship out, from time to time we may mistakenly send you the wrong item.
- If you receive a different item then ordered, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
- We may ask you to ship the wrong item back to us. In this case we will pay the cost of shipping.
- Should a wrong item be received, we will request that you send photos of the item so we can verify you did not receive the correct part.
- You may also return the item for a full refund including the cost of shipping to you and return to our warehouse.
