Return Policy

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.

We can refund all regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s).

Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.

An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a standard restocking fee. 

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Items returned up to 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned between 14-30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee.

 

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.

  • Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.

We cannot refund item(s) that are:

  • Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
  • Special Order, final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative.
  • Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.

Cancellation

  • Orders are typically sent out within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
