Return Policy

We can refund most orders (minus the cost of shipping), and we are committed to helping you find the correct replacement part.

Nearly all of our products are returnable including all handles, retractable screens, closers and closer parts. Items must be received in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund.

Returns

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in re-sellable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Any damages, missing parts/assembly instructions that are determined once your item is received back will be assessed and deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely.
  • Any and all related parts and assembly instructions received must be included with the item(s) returned.
  • Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
  • Installing, painting or any other modifications to the parts will void ability to return.
  • No return authorization is required. Mail items to our returns processing center listed below and include original order information in the package.

Refunds

  • You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days from the date your order is received.
  • Refunds issued for returned orders are credited back to the buyer’s original payment method.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our facility and been checked in.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
 

We cannot refund item(s) that are:

  • Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
  • Special Order, final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative.
  • Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.

Restocking Fee

The following are considered special order and may incur a restock fee or not be returnable:

How to Obtain a Return Authorization:

Within 30 Days of the shipment of your purchase, refer to our Contact Us link at the bottom of our page to send a message to the return department with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item that you wish to return
  • Reason for your return
  • Email and phone number we can reach you at

Cancellation

  • Orders are typically sent out within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
  • If you need to cancel your order please contact customer service.
