We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We ship to all of the 48 contiguous states in the US (Alaska and Hawaii may vary). All our Storm Door Parts are shipped safely in a solid and secure padded packages, to ensure that the all items that ship will arrive in perfect condition.
- Shipping rates storm door parts are displayed at checkout. We partnered with top nationwide freight carriers to provide competitive rates and excellent service to our customers.
- We offer Fixed Shipping Rates, and USPS Priority Mail.
Please Note: We do our best to ensure that shipping rates are correctly calculated before your purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. For example, ordering doors from multiple manufacturers, shipping to a remote area or a difficult location (that is not easily accessible by semi-truck), may increase freight charges. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item if any additional shipping charges are necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charge, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
Your order will be shipped directly to the location specified at checkout. We will provide you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including: full carrier information, contact numbers and tracking numbers.
Customer is responsible to inspect the package for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight and note "damage - refused delivery" on the freight company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any freight damage after the driver leaves it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.
Shipping Damage: Very rarely are there any issues unless an item is damaged in transit. Damaged shipments should be refused or received with notation of apparent damage on the the freight company’s paperwork.
When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." on Freight Bill. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. We will then replace any damaged doors in prompt fashion. Please contact Customer Service immediately if you see any damage.
If the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, customer agrees to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges.
- Please provide a valid physical address during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Change of Delivery Address
- Any change of address prior to delivery must be received in writing prior to shipping. Any changes made to the address and / or phone number after the order has been shipped is subject to an intercept and transportation fee, which is charged to us by the carrier.
Alaska and Hawaii
- Please contact Customer Service for shipping rates.
- We do not ship outside the US, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Additional Delivery Surcharge
We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
Free Shipping Promotion
From time to time we may provide free shipping promotions to the contiguous 48 states on orders over certain amount. All orders identified as eligible for free shipping will qualify for the free shipping promotion, subject to certain exceptions. There are a number of reasons why your order might not be eligible for free shipping.
We are responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the drivers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that Arch-TopDoors.com, LLC will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
After processing your order we will email you within 1-3 business days the estimated ship date. We will notify you via email if a product's availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for any additional information.
